3D Printing

We offer polymer 3D printing using a wide range of materials and technologies, carefully selected to meet diverse application needs.

As no single 3D printing technology fits all requirements, we provide an array of options.  These include FDM, reinforced FDM, SLA, PolyJet, and DLP for microfluidics applications. Our hardware allows us to support most project types and specifications.

Laser-Cutting

Our 200W industrial-class CO2 laser cutting service offers precision and efficiency for cutting and engraving materials such as wood, plastics, and metal. This process is ideal for producing intricate 2.5D components with exceptional accuracy and fast turnaround times. Additionally, you may leverage assembly techniques (including joinery and stacking) to create complex, multi-part assemblies customized to meet your project requirements.

 

Machining     

Our CNC machining service provides precise cutting, shaping, and finishing of materials including metal, plastic, and wood. We are equipped with 3-axis CNC capabilities, to deliver high accuracy, repeatability, and the potential to produce complex geometries. We handle all aspects of the process, including CAM programming, ensuring seamless execution of both manual and CNC-driven operations tailored to your project’s needs.

Precision Film and Fabric Cutting

Our lab provides precision, computer-driven cutting services for a variety of materials, including adhesive-backed vinyl, leather, and thin polymer sheeting. These advanced tools offer accurate and efficient processing of fabrics and films, making them ideal for a wide range of applications.

 

Casting

Our casting service provides a solution for producing custom parts by pouring or injecting liquid materials into hollow molds. This method is ideal when 3D printing or machining aren't viable. By integrating 3D printing into the process, we can expedite mold production, significantly reducing turnaround times.

  • We can realize a wide variety of different materials via this technique, including forged carbon fiber

Injection Molding

Our injection molding service offers a reliable method for producing custom parts by injecting molten plastics, into a hollow mold. This process is applicable when 3D printing or machining won't suffice. When combined with 3D printing, we can accelerate mold production, delivering faster turnaround times.

  • We house different machines designed to support both small- and medium-scale projects.

 

Electronics, Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs)

TEAM can design and manufacture a custom circuit, and/or Printed Circuit Board (PCB).  Depending on your goals and circuit complexity, we can manufacture PCBs in-house or coordinate off-site production. Once your PCBs are ready, we also offer component population and assembly (soldering) where desired.  This service is often paired with our microcontroller programming services (Arduino, etc).

Vacuum Forming

Our vacuum forming service provides a rapid and cost-effective method for manufacturing thin, rigid components by thermally deforming thermoplastic sheets against a mold using heat and vacuum pressure. This process is Ideal for creating durable, custom-shaped parts for a variety of applications. we're here to help.

We are experts are combining our equipment in unique ways to achieve positive outcomes.  We also have a number of un-listed fabrication tools and techniques.
